For JJ June, the applicant sought a double-sided curb sign and lettering on a second-floor façade; the total was about 31.3 square feet, just under the town's 32-square-foot maximum. Board members asked about post installation and existing vegetation; the applicant confirmed new posts and plans for site clearing. Chair called the application "straightforward" and said it complied with code.
Both motions to approve were moved, seconded and carried by voice vote. The approvals were recorded as routine ARB actions subject to the usual construction and installation checks by staff.
Next steps: applicants may proceed with fabrication and installation consistent with the approved drawings; the ARB file will be sent to the building department for compliance follow-up.
