Board Chairperson Wobbe called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. and recorded Commissioners Key, Powers, Springer, Walkes and Wobbe as present. Commissioner Don Springer moved, and Commissioner Powers seconded, to approve the agenda after adding a Human Resources staff update; that motion passed unanimously.
