1) Consent agenda — Approved renewal recommendations for Oregon Liquor Control Commission (OLCC) licenses referenced in Exhibit A; approved a quitclaim deed transferring a tax-foreclosed property (tax account 540010) to April F. and Thomas Newton, Trustees of the April and Thomas Newton Living Trust; and received notice of the hearings officer’s decision approving Partition Case #25-017 / D. and J.F. Vineyards, LLC. Motion to approve the consent agenda was made by Commissioner Danielle Bethell, seconded by Commissioner Kevin Cameron, and carried unanimously (Bethell, Cameron, Willis voting aye).
2) CDBG Disaster Recovery subrecipient grant — Approved an incoming funds agreement with the State of Oregon Housing and Community Services Department (OHCS) for $34,066,745 to support seven wildfire recovery projects in the North Santiam Canyon through Feb. 2, 2029. Motion moved by Commissioner Kevin Cameron, seconded by Commissioner Danielle Bethell; vote 3-0.
3) Construction contract — Approved a construction contract with Colton Homes, Inc., dba Colton Construction, in the amount of $2,087,000 for construction and site improvements at seven public safety radio communication sites through July 31, 2026. Motion moved by Commissioner Danielle Bethell, seconded by Commissioner Kevin Cameron; vote 3-0.
A public hearing listed for the session had no speakers. Commissioner Colm Willis adjourned the meeting at 9:38 a.m.
