Chairperson Orzel opened the meeting at 6:04 p.m. and confirmed a quorum with Alderman Harenda and Commissioners Erdmann, Jennifer Tyskiewicz and Warczak present. The commission unanimously approved the Nov. 20, 2025 minutes on a motion by Commissioner Warczak and a second by Alderman Harenda.
