The commission then considered a requested action statement recommending that the Common Council approve a vendor agreement with Sue Nelson to provide Adult Enrichment programming. Commissioner Jason Prei moved to approve the contract, and Brian Johnson seconded; that motion also passed 4-0. Finally, the commission voted 4-0 to approve the 2026 Summer Activity Guide, with Johnson moving and Woida seconding, authorizing staff to publish and implement the guide.
All formal motions recorded at the meeting passed unanimously. The commission adjourned at 6:57 p.m.
