Each motion carried by unanimous voice vote.
The council also approved a motion to reappoint Joan Hauer and Nancy Brissee to second terms on the RSVP Council (motion by Nancy Brissee, second by Bill Vancos). The minutes record that all motions were "all in favor, motion carried," reflecting unanimous consent among the five members present.
At the time of the meeting the council listed five members present (Nancy Brissee, Joan Hauer, Rita Mahner, Bill Vancos and Chair Dawn Winquist) and noted two vacancies.
