Capital Improvements advisory board approves FY2027 CIP budgets, earmarks $3M for Covell right-of-way

Brad Rainey, a city staff presenter, told the board staff used a “0% growth” sales-tax projection for FY27 and that the 2000 CIP sales-tax pool is expected to generate roughly $17.1 million for the year, with roughly $12.4 million already obligated to debt service.
