Davis County Library Board welcomes Aaron Becker as newest member

At the start of the March 12 meeting, the board welcomed Aaron Becker as a newly appointed board member after Sam stepped down. Becker said he holds a master’s degree in data analytics from Utah State University, has worked at BYU–Idaho, and is now employed in Salt Lake with Ensign Peak doing software development and data analytics related to investments. He said he lives in West Point with his wife and has no children.
Board members voiced appreciation for Becker’s willingness to serve and colleagues noted the range of applicants for the seat. Becker said he is glad to join the board and looks forward to working with members on library matters.
