The Pasadena Independent School District Board of Trustees took a series of routine and project-specific votes Feb. 25, approving the consent agenda, personnel actions, budget amendments and multiple bond and technology contracts and change orders.
Board President Casey Phelan opened the consent agenda; Trustee Nilda Sullivan moved to approve and Trustee Kenny Fernandez seconded. The board approved the consent agenda by voice vote. The board then approved personnel addenda, certified and support personnel lists for 2024–25, and authorized department reorganization and employee reclassifications intended to realize savings through attrition.
