After board discussion about how the fund could be administered and what revenue sources might be used, a commissioner moved to approve Ordinance 23; the motion was seconded and the board carried the ordinance by voice vote.
The ordinance creates a non‑lapsing local account for housing resources and directs staff to return with implementation details (administration, eligibility guidelines and potential sources of seed funding).
