The Addison Planning & Zoning Commission voted on June 17 to postpone consideration of a rezoning request for approximately 4.7 acres generally north and east of Landmark Boulevard (addressed as 14651 Dallas Parkway), known in the materials as "The Princeton" (case 1925Z).
Leslie Knipe, Director of Development Neighborhood Services, told the commission that the applicant and staff requested postponement to the Aug. 19, 2025 Planning & Zoning meeting and that staff will re-notice the item. The rezoning application seeks to change the property from Planned Development (PD) to a new PD allowing a development of up to 400 multifamily dwelling units with associated private open space and common areas.
A commissioner moved to postpone the case to the August meeting; the commission voted in favor and the motion carried. Staff said the item will be re-noticed to property owners and in the local paper prior to the rescheduled hearing.
