"We've been waiting for some updates from them," he said, noting the project is slow-moving and led primarily by Kent County's transit agency.

Steve said the report contains graphical breakdowns of development activity and recommended sending the full report to city council.
There were no scheduling conflicts reported; staff announced an October meeting date before the commission adjourned.
