RBUSD board adopts Envision for secondary math grades 6–Algebra 2

Board members said the selection followed a secondary pilot and an implementation committee that presented its process at a prior meeting. A presenter recommended approval and board members praised the amount of work that went into the selection, including student pilots.
The board completed the public hearing on the Envision adoption and voted to approve purchase and implementation; the student advisory vote was recorded as aye. Members emphasized the effort to revisit prior choices and to ensure the adopted materials meet student needs.
Staff did not present a detailed budget breakdown during the open session; board members and staff indicated further implementation steps and scheduling will be handled by the district’s curriculum and instruction teams.
