Following the design authorization, the council awarded the construction contract to Integrated Builds LLC, the low bidder at $393,475. Staff said the scope covers first-floor window replacements (approximately 30–34 windows) and includes replacing rotten nailers where necessary; interior historic woodwork visible from inside the building will not be replaced. Substantial completion was listed as 2026.
Both motions passed by voice vote.
