The Belgrade Regional Parks board pulled a scheduled discussion of a potential water-tower site at Mayfair Meadows after staff told the board they had not completed negotiations and needed to gather additional details.
A staff member told the board, "we did not quite get as far along with the city's negotiations and looking at different considerations," and the assistant city manager added a site list exists but is generalized and not a set of specific locations. Board members asked whether any public-facing list of sites existed; staff said they would provide the generalized list and acknowledged more detailed work was needed.
A motion to table the Mayfair Meadows water-tower discussion was made, seconded and passed by voice vote. The item will be rescheduled once staff have more detailed information and negotiation progress to report.
