The Dale County Commission on Feb. 24 approved payment of two Comfort Systems USA invoices totaling $29,721.08 for HVAC repairs and leak remediation at the Dale County Courthouse.
Commissioner Chris Carroll moved to approve payment under Capital Fund 116; Commissioner Donald O. Grantham seconded the motion and all commissioners voted aye. The minutes record the approval and reference Exhibit 1, the vendor invoices and service reports.
Exhibits attached to the minutes list two Comfort Systems invoices for $10,045.00 and $19,676.08. Service reports accompanying the invoices document multi‑day technician visits, leak searches on second and third floor ductless split systems, repairs to evaporator coils, vacuum pulls and charging with R‑410A refrigerant, and itemized labor and parts charges.
