TAC reviews FY27 UPWP applications, Complete Streets reporting (Act 34) and Board updates

CCRPC staff updated the TAC on planning and reporting items at the Feb. 3 meeting. Eleni Churchill said FY27 Unified Planning Work Program applications, due Jan. 23, totaled more than $2.7 million in requests; the UPWP Committee (Board, TAC, PAC, VTrans, FHWA, GMT) has met once and will meet again in February.
Eliana Fox reminded municipalities that, under Act 34 (2011), RPCs must collect Complete Streets forms for projects that went out to bid or were constructed during calendar year 2025; Bryan Davis will email forms in February and staff requested responses by mid- to late-March. Staff also summarized recent Board items including the annual Legislative Breakfast, a public hearing on the Draft ECOS Regional Plan, committee appointments and adoption of the FY2026 budget and mid-year adjustment.
Chair Peterson announced a Main Street Multimodal Study local concerns meeting on Feb. 4 and confirmed the next TAC meeting is scheduled for March 4, 2026.
