Votes at a glance: commission approves most consent items, tables 4C to May 5
Summary

The Town of Prosper Planning and Zoning Commission handled several consent agenda actions on April 14, approving routine items and tabling one to a later meeting.
The commission approved the remaining consent agenda items (4A, 4B and 4D) in a single motion adopting staff recommendations; the chair called the vote and the motion carried 5–0.
Item 4C had previously been removed from the consent table; a commissioner moved to remove it from the table and staff recommended tabling the item to the May 5, 2026 regular meeting. A motion to table 4C to the May 5 regular meeting passed 5–0.
Items 4E and 4F were considered together. A commissioner moved to approve both items subject to a condition that screening walls be added on the north side of the building around the truck base; the commission approved those items 5–0, with the condition noted in the motion.
These actions were procedural approvals and did not authorize construction; tabling of 4C sets that item for further consideration at the May 5 meeting.
