Prosper’s Planning and Zoning Commission on April 21 approved a site plan for an amenity area in the Creekside subdivision, adding a condition that the southern portion of the amenity center use a masonry wall rather than the originally proposed wrought-iron fence. The motion, made by Commissioner Hamilton and seconded by Commissioner Daniels, carried 5–1.
The commission heard from town staff that the final plat was approved March 25 and that the submitted plan meets requirements for Plan Development 01/29, with the applicant providing six of seven listed amenities (four are required).
