The Oneida County Board of Adjustment convened at 9:00 a.m. March 26, 2026, in Committee Room No. 2 at the Oneida County Courthouse and conducted routine business, approving the meeting agenda and the minutes of Feb. 5, 2026.
Chair Guy Hansen called the meeting to order and the board completed roll call with Mike Pazdernik, Dan Chronister, Jeff Viegut and Jeff Verdoorn present. Pazdernik moved to approve the agenda; Viegut seconded and with all members present voting “Aye” the motion carried. Later, Jeff Verdoorn moved to approve the Feb. 5 minutes; Dan Chronister seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
There were no public comments. Under old business, the board noted that Appeal #25-010, Teclaw Family Irrevocable Trust, will have a post-variance permit forthcoming, according to the minutes. The board reported no updates to zoning statutes or ordinance amendments.
Under current business staff and members reviewed the calendar of pending appeals and recorded scheduled hearing dates: Appeal #25-007 (Levin Revocable Living Trust) is scheduled for April 23, 2026; Appeal #25-009 (Totzke Family Revocable Trust) for April 30, 2026; Appeal #2600087 (Pine Harbor Beach Bar & Grill LLC) for May 7, 2026; Appeal #2600098 (William Bennewitz) for May 14, 2026; Appeal #2600118 (Harshaw Hunting South LLC) for May 21, 2026; and Appeal #2600128 (Sarah Ashby) for June 4, 2026.
No bills were presented for approval at this meeting. The meeting record closes with Chair Hansen adjourning the session at 9:40 a.m.
