Vice Mayor Wendy Escoffier moved to approve the consent agenda, Councilor Patricia Seybold seconded, and a roll call vote recorded seven ayes: Councilors Brian Bolton, Robert Foreman, Robin Godwin, Jessie Murdock, Patricia Seybold, Vice Mayor Wendy Escoffier, and Mayor Marie Moore. The motion carried 7-0. The consent agenda included approval of prior minutes and the schedule of upcoming regular and work sessions.
Town Manager Miranda Fisher presented a Citizens’ Academy graduation certificate to Stephanie Holt (completed Dec. 9, 2025). Representatives from Local First Arizona—Sustainable Small Business Program Manager Lisa Page and Director of Rural Development Jenna Rowell—provided an overview of services that may support Camp Verde businesses. Parks and Recreation Vice Chair Mary Hughes and Planning and Zoning Chair Bill Tippitt gave quarter-one updates.
Mayor Marie Moore presented proclamations recognizing April 2026 as National 9-1-1 Education Month and Fair Housing Month, April 12–18, 2026 as National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week (presented to Lead Dispatcher Angela Whitman), and April 11–17, 2026 as the Week of the Young Child (presented to First Things First Yavapai Regional Partnership Council member Joe Donaldson).
Later in the meeting Councilor Jessie Murdock moved and Vice Mayor Wendy Escoffier seconded a motion to enter executive session at 6:58 p.m. under A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3) and (A)(4) to consult with the town attorney and consider the town’s position in pending litigation. The roll call vote was seven ayes and the motion carried 7-0. Town Attorney Trish Stuhan was listed as the staff resource for the executive-session update. The minutes record the meeting adjourned at 7:29 p.m.
