Patterson asked for clarification about properties donated to the Community Improvement Corporation (CIC) and whether residential parcels transferred to the CIC had previously been reviewed or approved by council. Members asked staff to provide records and to bring any questions back to a future meeting.
Council took no formal votes on these items at the session but directed staff to prepare information and, where appropriate, place items on a future agenda for formal consideration.
