Dr. Banker listed a large group of community donations, including a package valued at over $4,000 for skateboards, helmets and training from First First Push and an anonymous $500 donation to elementary negative meal accounts; the board voted to accept the donations.
The board approved shared-services agreements with CISA 10 and CESA 11 after motions were made and seconded and passed by voice vote. The board also approved a CESA 11 agreement and three separate proposed 66.03 agreements for finance manager, food services and library media services for the 2026–27 school year.
On technology, the board approved a proposal to replace the district phone system. Because the item carried a significant price tag, members requested a roll call. Clerk (speaker 6) called the roll and the board voted in favor of the replacement.
Other approvals included a WIAA girls soccer cooperative agreement for 2026–28 and early-graduation requests for members of the Class of 2026. Fundraiser requests brought forward from the Committee of the Whole were also approved.
