Supervisor Tam moved the measure and Supervisor Miley seconded; the roll-call vote was unanimous (5-0). The board also waived the full first reading and introduced a salary-ordinance amendment (Item 31B) as described in the agenda.
Item 46: The board waived full first reading and introduced an ordinance amending Chapter 1 of the Alameda County Public Works traffic code to update vehicle and traffic rules in the unincorporated area. Supervisor Tam moved and Supervisor Miley seconded; the measure passed unanimously (5-0).
