The Putnam Development Authority moved Feb. 10 to enter Executive Session as authorized by O.C.G.A. §50-14-4 to discuss real estate and litigation matters. Member John Wojtas made the motion, seconded by Member Patty Burns; the board closed its public session at approximately 1:57 p.m.
The authority reconvened and executed an affidavit concerning the closed portion of the meeting; Member Mylle Mangum moved (seconded by Member Wojtas) to reopen and execute the affidavit and the motion passed with Members Burns, Mangum and Wojtas voting yea. The minutes record that no action resulted from the executive session. The meeting was adjourned at approximately 2:18 p.m.
