The Uniontown City Council approved Resolution 1869 on March 9 to accept the Boise Creek Cove final plat, an 18-lot subdivision located east of Farmland Street and north and south of Battersea Avenue.
Director of Planning Chris Besany told council that staff verified required infrastructure (streets, frontages, sidewalks, utilities and stormwater detention) had been installed and accepted by the city engineer, that bonds covering outstanding items have been posted, and that the hearing examiner had conducted a public hearing and recommended approval subject to conditions. The preliminary plat had been approved previously and staff recommended the council find the final plat meets the conditions for approval.
Council moved, seconded and approved Resolution 1869 by voice vote.
Next steps: Public infrastructure will be recorded as part of final plat acceptance and the city will process standard filings associated with subdivision finalization.
