A trustee suggested exploring revenue-sharing models and expanded off-hours access to make the facility more beneficial to taxpayers and students; administration responded that the amendment does not change the previously approved terms but provides the detailed addenda required to submit a state application for an 1882 partnership site.
The board approved the amended lease and the donor-led pavilion/renovation requests; the lease amendment vote recorded 6–1 in favor. Administrators said First Tee had been informed about the requirement for district approval of capital improvements and that donor-funded work underway had been discussed with facility staff.
