Oversight committee approves two additions to Policy and Procedure Manual

The Treatment Alternatives Diversion Grant Oversight Committee in Sheboygan County approved two additions to its Policy and Procedure Manual during a brief meeting April 20, 2026. Committee members voted to add an "Oversight Committee Summary" (page 14) and to add a "Confirmation Test" procedure (pages 25'26); both motions were approved with no nay votes.
Committee Member Chris Petros moved to approve the Dec. 15, 2025 minutes before the committee took up policy changes; Jason Latva seconded and the motion passed with no nay votes. Chairperson Matt Fure presented an informational Evaluator Report and stated the report would not prompt committee action unless a specific item appeared on the agenda.
On the Oversight Committee Summary, Vice Chairperson Morgan Rohde moved to approve and Committee Member Chris Petros seconded; the motion carried with no nay votes. On the Confirmation Test procedure, Committee Member Jason Latva moved to approve with acknowledgment of discussed changes and Vice Chairperson Morgan Rohde seconded; that motion also carried with no nay votes.
The committee adjourned at 12:26 p.m. The next meeting is scheduled for June 15, 2026 at 12:00 p.m.
