The Village of Lindenhurst Board of Trustees convened Nov. 25 and carried routine agenda items including approval of prior meeting minutes and payment of village bills.
Trustee Dawn Suchy moved and Trustee Patty Chybowski seconded approval of the Nov. 11, 2024 meeting minutes; voice vote was 6-0 in favor. Trustee Pat Dunham moved and Trustee Pat Dickson seconded approval of the second set of November bills totaling $380,688.94 for invoices due on or before Nov. 25, 2024; the roll-call vote was 6-0 in favor.
During public comment Richard Hill, the purchaser of Lucky Penny’s II, introduced himself and described plans to update the menu and possibly expand seating later. At the close of new business, resident Dave Mohry thanked the board for adopting the updated building code during the meeting.
Trustee Patty Chybowski moved, Trustee Dawn Suchy seconded and the board adjourned at 7:43 p.m. The minutes show no executive session was held.
