Staff said they would ask one landowner to cover a previously expected share; the board approved the low bid and authorized signatures to execute the contract.
Why it matters: the awards fund county infrastructure maintenance and capital projects and create vendor commitments for the construction season. Commissioners asked staff to document discount terms and vendor qualifications so the county can ensure fair procurement practices in future bid rounds.
