Staff said consultant GMC will present a detailed road-paving plan at the first meeting in May and that staff are exploring bond arrangements to fund a phased program. The chair thanked Public Works and Captain Caballero for visible improvements to the municipal terminal building and offered to circulate before-and-after photos to the council.
Council did not finalize funding commitments on April 21; members asked staff to return with contract details, specific cost shares and a timeline for the consultant presentation and bond options.
