The meeting opened at 5:46 p.m. and began with an administrative vote to approve the Oct. 1, 2024 draft minutes after minor edits were suggested by Catherine McMains. Andy Montroll moved to approve the minutes; C. McMains seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
