Committee member J. Carr asked about yellow-highlighted dates in the draft; Connors explained those marks reflect the final step of the reviewer sign-off process and will be updated with sign-off dates. When J. Carr asked whether staff had raised any concerns, Connors confirmed there were none.
J. Carr moved to approve the FY2024 audit with the minor changes noted; Jacki Murphy seconded. The motion carried unanimously.
