Shelton park board completes leadership elections, approves consent items

The board solicited general public comment and staff reported no speakers had signed up. After routine acknowledgments, including a thank-you to "Terry in finance" for progress on a clean audit, the meeting proceeded to the administrative report and was later adjourned.
