The clerk recorded Commissioner Bill Kelly present, stated Commissioner Anthony Boyle was excused, and noted that interim HR Director DeSharie Smick was also present. The clerk reported that no public comments had been submitted in advance.
The consent agenda was presented by the chair. A committee member moved "I make a motion to approve the consent agenda, which includes the agenda for 03/12/2026, the minutes from 02/12/2026, and the February." and the motion was seconded. The commission approved the consent agenda by voice vote; Commissioners on the record voted "Aye." The meeting then proceeded to the regular agenda, during which the chair asked if there was any other business; none was offered.
A committee member subsequently moved to conclude the meeting. Commissioner Bill Kelly seconded the motion, and the commission approved it by voice vote. The clerk announced the meeting concluded at 12:02 p.m.
