At the end of the open session the chair asked for a motion to move into closed session to discuss pending and probable litigation, appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance or dismissal of personnel; collective bargaining; salary-scale deliberations; and sale, lease or acquisition of property.
A motion and second were recorded and the clerk conducted a roll-call vote. The roll call in open session shows votes recorded as 'yes' from trustees present (Trustee Torres, Trustee Koenig, Trustee Hughes, Trustee McCarthy Lang, Trustee Novey and President Coffman was present earlier in roll call); Trustee Cooper was recorded absent. The chair then announced the closed session would be held in the community room.
The meeting record in open session did not include substantive discussion of the closed-session matters; details will be included only in an executive-session record if and when appropriate.
