Campbell said the festival will feature roughly 100–113 vendors (about 33% locally based), a 15–20 minute immersive art show running April 30–May 3 (box-office price $7; online approx. $10.65), and scheduled road closures starting the evening before the event for setup.
Staff presented a budget that listed $100,000 in expenditures and $60,000 in projected revenue. Megan, a staff presenter, said sponsorships and vendor revenues already totaled $63,167 and other early receipts reduce the gap, but the city is preparing for the possibility of a general‑fund impact if revenues fall short. "If you take revenues and subtract them from expenses, the total impact to the general fund would be $14,164," staff said.
The commission heard a breakdown of entertainment, production and infrastructure costs, and that the city recently purchased a generator to lower rental costs. Staff said they will provide final invoices and actuals after the event.
