The council also approved a five‑year lease with Wells Fargo to provide greens‑maintenance equipment, including a fairway mower, utility tractor, a gas utility vehicle and two triplex mowers. Staff reported the annual lease payment will be $46,493.36, up from $43,644.07 in the prior arrangement. "This is in budget for this fiscal year," staff said while recommending approval; the motion passed.
