CCRPC approves Act 250 comment on Rhino Foods expansion, ratifies Colchester letter to PUC

Catherine McMains moved to approve the CCRPC letter as written; Jacki Murphy seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
Newton also stated a Colchester application had been circulated to members 2–3 weeks earlier because the notice and comment period did not coincide with a committee meeting. Members raised no objections; Jacki Murphy moved to ratify the letter already submitted to the Public Utility Commission; Michael Bissonette seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
