At the start of the meeting, Larry Lewack moved and Katherine Sonnick seconded a motion to approve the April 12, 2023 minutes. The motion "passed unanimously," according to the meeting record.
Joss Besse announced he is stepping down as PAC Chair and suggested the PAC make the appointment; he asked Vice Chair Paul Conner whether Conner would consider taking the position. Conner said he would consider the role but noted a standing obligation that may conflict. The committee agreed to consider electing a chair at its August meeting, which staff later confirmed will be rescheduled to Thursday, Aug. 17.
Joss Besse left the meeting at approximately 3:30 p.m., and Paul Conner adjourned the meeting at 3:42 p.m. The meeting record was signed by Darren Schibler, Senior Planner.
