TAC approves pre-qualified consultant pool for land-use and TOD planning

"Yes, we have experience working with them or they provided examples of this type of experience," Newton said, describing a range of firms from single-employee consultancies to national firms. The pool is expected to support a variety of land-use projects, including a Transit-Oriented Development plan associated with a Northwest Vermont RAISE grant.
Sam Andersen moved to approve the recommended consultants; Jonathon Weber seconded. The motion passed unanimously. The transcript records the outcome as unanimous but does not list individual vote tallies.
The pre-qualification is procedural: it allows CCRPC staff and member municipalities to contract from an approved list for specific land-use and development-regulation work without re-running a full qualifications process for each small project.
