Staff recommended continuing the item off calendar until committee revisions were ready to bring back to the public.
The commission opened the noticed public hearing, received no substantive public testimony on behalf of the record at this meeting, closed the hearing and voted 5–0 to continue the item. Staff said they expect to return the item to the public hearing process later in the year after the subcommittee and staff finalize the draft ordinance.
