Cedar Springs board approves student-discipline action, ratifies advisory nominations and adopts virtual academy handbook

Following a closed session on student discipline, the Cedar Springs Public Schools Board of Education took formal action April 23 in a case identified in the meeting as student 252607.

A motion to act on the closed-session discipline matter was made and seconded; a board member offered remarks supporting the student’s potential for future success while noting the parameters set by applicable law. The board then voted unanimously in favor of the motion.
