The San Mateo County Board of Supervisors on April 21 approved the Department of Housing’s FY 2026–27 Annual Action Plan and staff recommendations for the county’s NOFA (Notice of Funding Availability).
Director Ray Hodges reported the county’s HUD allocation across HOME, CDBG and ESG for fiscal 2026–27 totaled $3,770,000 and that the annual NOFA pool available for competitive requests, including program income, was about $6 million this year.
