Toby Taylor, with Weld County purchasing, told the board that the lowest bidder on the document-destruction contract, DocuVault LLC, “realized that they could not honor the price of their submitted bid,” leaving Shred Monster LLC as the responsive low bidder. Facilities recommended awarding that contract for a not-to-exceed annual price of $81,820, and the board approved the award.
