"The city has been participating in this program for more than 10 consecutive years," Kevin said, and recommended that the council conduct a public hearing and consider approval of a resolution authorizing the application. Kevin told the council the requested amount this year is $15,827.
No members of the public spoke during the item. Kevin moved approval of the resolution; a council member seconded and the council approved the resolution by voice vote.
