Board approves $23,244 in ditch-related bills and legal expenses

Heidi presented a package of ditch-related invoices and asked the board to approve payment totaling $23,244.
She said work included engineering by Bolton and Mink for County Ditch 41 and major improvements on Judicial Ditch 14 and County Ditch 20, that Prairie View Farms had four petitions that were finished, and that Rinky Noonan provided legal work related to redeterminations of benefit and a petition to abandon County Ditch 28 and County Ditch 41. "Travis has reviewed these, and he does recommend them for approval," Heidi said.
A motion to approve the invoices was made, seconded and carried by voice vote.
