The board adopted Resolution 24R‑008 to hire Sewer Assessment Services LLC for a five‑year sanitary‑sewer smoke‑testing program covering Winston Village and Julians Plaza. The program will include televising the collection system, heavy cleaning, root removal, leak locating and repairs at a cost of $20,544.83. The motion carried on a 5–0 roll call vote (Carpanzano, Doris, Kelly, Lawler, Quintero voting yea; Zarate absent).
