CCRPC committee recommends FY24 UPWP and budget to board with edits

Executive Director Charlie Baker referred members to the draft documents and said there were "minimal edits." He noted that red highlights in the packet indicate completed projects and that staff will clean up formatting and highlights before presentation to the Board.
Committee members pressed for clarity on how the UPWP will be presented at the May Board meeting. Baker and staff said the May agenda will explicitly open and close public hearings on the FY24 UPWP and budget. The committee also discussed whether Transportation Performance Reliability measures should be placed on the consent agenda or as a short presentation; members favored a brief presentation for newer Board members.
The committee moved the recommendation after discussion; the motion carried unanimously. The recommendation sends the draft budget and UPWP to the Board for final consideration and any further edits at the Board meeting.
