Finance staff (Kris Miller) presented appropriations for the Prosecutor’s Office: $80,000 for the 2026 Prosecutor’s Land Bank, $91,930.88 for the Prosecutor’s ICJR 2024 grant (150VW-26AG-00001-ICJR2026), and $36,000 for the Prosecutor’s DTAC appropriations. The board approved those appropriations on a motion by Commissioner Alan Harold, seconded by Commissioner Bill Smith. The minutes record a unanimous vote by Commissioners Regula, Smith and Harold.
The board approved intergovernmental journal entries including a $12,118.68 reimbursement to the Sheriff for April 2026 law enforcement services and a $23,000 MOA payment from EMA to the Auditor for GIS services.
